Retrieval Boat The boat is a 10' durable plastic twin hulled platform with two swivel seats, flat deck, two brand new batteries, and an electric Minekota motor. The seats are easily lifted out so depending on how people want to use it, it's their choice on the seating. The motor works perfectly but does need one small part to keep it from lifting up out of the water when reverse is used. I will be getting the part if it is available. The purchase price for this whole package was just $500 and the officers believe a bargain for the club. The boat will be available for use once the weather permits and it's condition will be the responsibility of the members. If you use it, please take care of it. We will attempt to have a trickle charger down at the small shed at the back of the field where the porta potty is kept if this outlet there still has power. Anyone float flying will be expected to take the battery off the trickle charger, install it in the boat, use the boat, then when done, remove and return the battery to the trickle charger, This only makes sense so the boat is always ready for the next member to use. If anything gets damaged, just let any of the officers know immediately. Things happen and the sooner we know, the sooner we can get it fixed. As of right now the boat is 100% ready to go for next season. The club will be purchasing a battery tender so the batteries can be kept in tip top condition through the off season along with the use season ... See more
